Terms & Conditions:

  • Package rate includes a 10% service charge and a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
  • Effective from January 1, 2025, as stipulated by the Hotel Accommodation Tax Ordinance (Cap. 348), room rates will be subjected to a 3% Hotel Accommodation Tax.
  • To secure your reservation, a valid credit card is required. If no valid credit card is provided within 24 hours of making the reservation, the booking will be automatically released without further notice.
  • Dining credit is for maximum 2 persons.
  • Dining credit to be used at Monkey Café per package per stay.
  • Cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers.
  • Advanced reservation is required and subject to availability.
  • Dining credits are applicable for dine-in services in restaurants only.
  • Dining credit cannot be accumulated or redeemed for cash.
  • Unused balance is non-refundable and non-transferable for other hotel services.
  • The Emperor Hotel reserves the right to amend the terms or conditions of the offer, change or delete the offer without prior notice.
