The two types of caviar including both rare selections – Premium Baerii Cavier and class selections – Royal Cristal Caviar will be available to serve. Being the royal delicacy, both caviar possesses their own uniqueness and specialty – The Premium Baerii Cavier with a silky-soft texture and melting umami-rich grains while the Royal Cristal Caviar is firm and crispy, elegant, buttery, and with a mild aftertaste, among the other Caviar.

The Caviar Platter comes with a selection of either Premium Baerri Caviar or Royal Cristal Caviar. Pairing with the handcrafted delicacies include “Butter Tart with Sour Cream”, “Smoked Salmon”, “Baked Dried Cod” and “Boiled Egg”.
